Тесты по английскому языку для оценки своих знаний
Если вы недавно начали заниматься английским, не помешает оценить уже имеющиеся знания. Даже если вы думаете, что у вас абсолютно “нулевой” английский, наверняка какие-то слова вы знаете.
1. Тест на словарный запас Puzzle English
Многим начинающим (и не только) интересно узнать, какой у них словарный запас. Оценка словарного запаса – штука неточная, но приблизительные цифры узнать можно. Проходя этот тест, нужно отмечать галочкой слова, которые вы легко узнаете. В результате вам покажут сколько примерно слов вы знаете, а также индекс честности. Если вы не пытались перехитрить учителя, то индекс будет 100%.

Авторские тесты по английскому языку
В этом разделе собраны тесты по английскому языку, которые я сочинил сам и публиковал в блоге в разное время. Если вы уже не в первый раз на этом сайте, вы наверняка знаете, что я иногда придумываю и публикую тесты. Я стараюсь делать так, чтобы тест был не только познавательным, но и интересным.
Эти тесты не совсем то, что можно увидеть в учебниках, я бы даже сказал, что не все их можно назвать именно тестами по английскому языку, иногда это викторины на околоязыковые темы.
Темы я подбираю разные: здесь есть как привычные тесты на знание слов и грамматики, так и более оригинальные, например тест, где нужно угадать из какого фильма приведена цитата.

В этот тест вошли употребительные английские слова, взятые мной из , однако они иногда используются в не совсем обычных значениях.
К тому же в заданиях встречаются “ложные друзья переводчика” – слова, похожие по написанию и звучанию, но отличающиеся по смыслу.
Этот тест пройден уже более 10 тысяч раз, средний результат – 4.9 баллов из 8.

В этот тест вошли нетрудные вопросы на темы из школьной программы по английскому языку, однако некоторые из них могут оказаться куда коварнее чем кажутся. Будьте внимательны!

Фразовые глаголы – очень интересная тема в английском языке, но уж точно не сама простая. Они очень часто встречаются в разговорной речи, нередко их трудно запомнить из-за их нелогичности (это относится не ко всем фразовым глаголам), к тому же зачастую имеют несколько значений.
При желании можно было найти редкие фразовые глаголы и составить из них чудовищно сложный тест, но я решил сделать не слишком трудные задания, просто чтобы показать насколько это интересная тема!
Средний результат – 5.1 балла из 7.

Вы когда-нибудь читали стихи русских поэтов в переводе на английский язык? Звучит очень непривычно, а иногда и забавно!
Но поэтический перевод – очень сложная штука. Невозможно и сохранить оригинальную форму, и точно передать смысл, поэтому в переводе стихотворения сильно искажаются.
Я выбрал девять очень хорошо переведенных отрывков из русской поэзии. Сможете ли вы угадать автора?
Средний результат – 4.8 из 9.
И вроде бы я не включал в него дикобраза, вапити, тупайю или других экзотических животных (которых иногда и на русском не знаешь), но я НЕ гарантирую, что вы легко пройдете задание.

В этом довольно сложном тесте нужно угадать книгу по короткому отрывку на английском языке. В подборку вошли семь известных книг на английском – как классических произведений, так и современных. Все эти книги экранизированы.
В русском языке порядок слов может быть любым, подлежащее может быть и впереди сказуемого и после него, предложение может начинаться с обстоятельства, дополнения, смысл при этом останется тот же. В английском языке в этом плане все очень строго: сначала главные члены предложения (подлежащее и сказуемое), третье место и последующее занимают второстепенные члены предложения. Поэтому прежде чем составить предложение, нужно найти подлежащее и сказуемое.
Отсутствие или неправильное употребление артиклей.
В русском языке артиклей нет, поэтому часто даже ученик уровня Intermediate может забывать поставить артикль. Вторая распространенная ошибка в применении артиклей – это путаница с определенными и неопределенными артиклями. Артикль the употребляется в отношении конкретного предмета, а неопределенный артикль a/an ставится только перед словом, означающим нечто общее.
Неправильное употребление времени.
В английском языке 3 времени – прошедшее, настоящее, будущее. Но каждая категория времени имеет ещё свои 4 грамматических формы.
Кроме того есть грамматические формы, указывающие на:
- Повтор действия – Indefinite ;
- действия, происходящие в конкретный период Continuous;
- прошедшие действия, важные в настоящем времени Perfect;
- действия, начатые перед каким-то действием Perfect Continuous.
Ошибки при употреблении неправильных глаголов в английском языке.
Существует ряд глаголов, названных неправильными, из-за смены окончания во второй и третьей формах не по правилам, привычным для всех глаголов. Здесь Вам не нужно пытаться понять, эти окончания, их изменения нужно запомнить.
Неправильное применение предлогов.
Правила употребления предлогов перед существительными, именами собственными, местоимениями, прилагательными не совпадают с правилами их применения в русском языке. Не нужно проводить ассоциации с русским, необходимо выучить схему применения предлогов в английском языке.
Пропуск глагола to be.
В отличие от русского языка, где могут быть предложения без глагола, в английском после подлежащего всегда должен быть глагол. А если в переводе на русский его нет, то ставится вспомогательный глагол to be.
Отсутствие окончания -s/-es.
Очень распространенная ошибка не только у начинающих учеников, но и у студентов, владеющих языком не один год. Ученики просто забывают добавить окончание к глаголу после местоимения или после существительного в третьем лице единственного числа в настоящем времени.
В настоящее время отношение к неоднозначное. Кто-то считает, что с нее стоит начинать изучать язык, а кто-то не отдает ей ни одного из главных мест в процессе обучения, делая упор на (пусть даже и с грамматическим ошибками). Однако мне все-таки ближе первая позиция. Грамматика – это один из самых важных разделов языка, без которого вы никогда не достигнете желаемого уровня знаний. Ведь грамматика является определенным сводом правил употребления слов и словосочетаний, благодаря которому вы можете грамотно, интересно, а значит достойным образом использовать английский язык.
Успехи в изучении грамматики английского языка достигаются благодаря не только запоминанию теории, но и многочасовой практике на всевозможных упражнениях различной сложности. В качестве таких упражнений можно использовать и тесты по грамматике английского языка . Помимо тренировки грамматических правил, особенностей и исключений вы сможете также оценить ваших знаний на данном этапе.
