Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of cottage cheese
  • 250 grams of wheat flour
  • 150 grams frozen butter
  • 150-180 grams of granulated sugar
  • 3 pcs. chicken eggs
  • A couple of pinches of vanilla sugar

1. I drive in raw chicken eggs to the cottage cheese. I stir until a single mass is formed.

2. Then I pour out all the sugar to make the filling sweet.

3. I add a couple of tablespoons of flour to the curd mixture so that the filling does not flow out of the pie, but bakes and retains a stable shape.

4. I sift the flour for the dough into a deep bowl.

5. There I also rub frozen, hard butter through a metal grater to make it look like shavings.

6. I stir the flour and butter, and as a result, crumbs form. This will be the basis, the dough for the gingerbread.

7. I pour half of this dough into a frying pan (or other mold).

8. On top of the dough, I distribute slowly, evenly, all the curd filling. And at the end I sprinkle with the remaining crumbs.

9. I bake the cake at medium temperature, somewhere around 170-180 °, until a golden crust appears. I take out the finished gingerbread from the pan and leave it to cool on the side.

I present the cooled gingerbread to the table for everyone.

  • sugar - to taste;
  • eggs - 2 pcs.

Cooking

Grind soft margarine with flour. Mix soda with warmed honey and pour into the dough. Add sugar to the mixture and stir. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Divide the rested dough into 2 halves, roll out each.

Place one half on a greased baking sheet. For the filling, combine with eggs and beat. We spread the filling on top of the base layer and cover with the second half of the dough. Lubricate with butter or egg and bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Cottage cheese gingerbread

Ingredients:

  • flour - 160 g;
  • milk - 1/2 tbsp.;
  • cottage cheese - 450 g;
  • eggs - 3 pcs.;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.;
  • baking powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons;
  • margarine - 125 g;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking

Whisk eggs with sugar. Melt the margarine and add to the eggs. Add warm milk to the mixture. Sift flour with baking powder. Lubricate the baking dish with oil and pour the prepared dough into it. We put the form in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Cottage cheese-apple gingerbread

Ingredients:

  • sugar - 1 tbsp.;
  • honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • flour - 2 tbsp.;
  • cottage cheese - 200 g;
  • apples - 2-3 pcs.;
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon;
  • nuts - 1 handful;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • cinnamon - a pinch.

Cooking

Dissolve sugar, cinnamon and honey in 200 ml of warm water. Sift flour separately with baking powder. Chop the nuts with a knife. Mix dry ingredients with water, add oil, nuts and cottage cheese. Knead the dough for the cake. Remove the core from the apples and cut into thin slices.

Pour the dough for the gingerbread into a greased baking dish, lay the apples on top. We put the form in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

In order to make the gingerbread even more fragrant, in addition to cinnamon, you can add ground cloves to the dough, or even a little ginger, and in addition to nuts, you can flavor the dough with raisins, dried apricots and other dried fruits.
